Punch holder for D10 press (Diam 2 to Diam 30)

This system enables BOEHM JLB model punches to be attached to a press, while retaining the twin system. This part features a ramp system for locking punches from Diam2 to 30 mm. The part is secured by an M6 set screw in a Diam10 hole (see part drawing).

Press compatibility

This part is compatible with EMG manual presses with 2HR rack as well as 5HR toggle presses, or any other press with a 10 mm diameter bore.

Other informations

Hollow punches cutting with a press requires certain precautions. It’s important to ensure that the press used provides the necessary power with a slow movement, and that the cutting support is suitable.
