BOEHM was founded by Antoine Boehm in 1920, an era of aviation and automobile pioneers, which generated a lot of passion for mechanics and inventions The company, which started as a mechanical subcontractor for bar turning, has become manufacturer and specialist of hollow punches for now 4 generations
With its know-how and the evolution of the demand of its customers, the company registers its own brand BOEHM and offers a wide range of diameters and punch sets. Based in the Saint-Etienne region, the birthplace of armoury, cycle and tool industries, BOEHM has been manufacturing tools for over 100 years, and the quality of its products is unanimously recognised by its customers.
Since it was founded, the company has continued to evolve, enhancing the performance of its industrial facilities and its products: the acquisition of increasingly high-performance machines and the ingenuity of its tools, recognised by a number of patents, have led it to become the reference in this market. Its dynamism and performance have been recognised through a number of awards, including the "Dynamique Artisanale" award in 1999 and the "Stars et Métiers" award in 2015 (Prix Banque Populaire).

Its export performances have twice been recognized with the "Keys to Export" award (silver key in 2014 and gold key in 2018) by the OUTILEX association of French tool manufacturers.
